Sauvignon Blanc 2013
Aromas of green grass, grapefruit and elderflower. A rich wine that exudes juicy fruitiness, good body and ripe acidity. Strong yet elegant, and with impressive length. Grapes are hand harvested in several steps. After the careful cool pressing, 50 % underwent reductive, low temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks, while the other 50 % was fermented in large 20 hl Hungarian oak barrels. This wine has been matured for three months on the fine lees.
