Filep Winery

Father and son owned micro winery in the Tokaj Wine Region. The father is Professor of biology, geography and geology, the son is viticulturist, winemaker. They work on 2 hectars, in vineyards which were classified in the 19th century. Living with nature, working sustainably, protecting the environment. All procedures are handmade from prunning to bottling. For them the great dry Tokaj wine reflects the outstanding terroir, the diverse pedological and geological endowment of the region. These wines are completely dry, with moderated alcohol, they are rich and complex, their unique acid structure ensures freshness and minerality.
