Our family winery was established in 2005. We started with just 0.5 hectares but now we manage 3.5 hectares in the Mád region and we grow our grapes in 6 different single vineyards (Juharos, Betsek, Suba, Dancka, Sarkad and Szilvás). We became a certified organic producer in 2016 and avoid all synthetic agrochemicals. We harvest at low yields of just 4 tonnes per hectare and our winemaking is low intervention. We even use locally mined zeolite from Mád for fining, making our wines suitable for vegetarian and vegan consumers. Our annual production is 10–12 000 bottles depending on the vintage and always produced with the utmost care.
